Get ready for something really useful – a set of the best dips in the world. 100% vegan, extremely simple and without any sacrifices.
Times are changing and more and more often you can find vegan alternatives in stores, but it will be a while before you are completely free to buy vegan in shops. It’s a fact that vegan mayonnaise and tartar sauce are now available in Czech stores, but what if you don’t fancy the same dipping flavor on your fries or with your fried cauliflower wings?
I am running to help you with these four revolutionary dipping sauces, no dish will be boring anymore. Dips can also be used as salad dressings, an addition to sandwiches or simply – just dip any food in them, they are delicious!

The best dips in the world:
HERB DIP – RANCH
- 250ml of vegan cream or yogurt with no added sugar
- a handful of dill
- a handful of chives
- ½ teaspoon of dried garlic
- a few drops of lemon juice
- salt pepper
Finely chop the dill and chives, mix with yoghurt or cream. Then season with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Taste best when left in the refrigerator for a few hours.
TOMATO DIP – QUICK SALSA
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ onion
- a handful of cilantro
- ½ lime juice
- 2 slices of Jalapeno
- salt pepper
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the nests with stones. Put them in a blender along with the onion, cilantro, Jalapeno, add salt and pepper. Blend everything until smooth. Season as desired.

MUSTARD DIP – HONEY MUSTARD
- 3 tablespoons of mustard (preferable dijon)
- 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise or cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- a few drops of lemon juice
- pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a blender, season with salt or pepper if necessary (the mustard should already be quite salty)
MANGO CHILLI DIP
- 1 mango
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
- 3-4 tablespoons of rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
Blend all the ingredients together, then put them in a saucepan or frying pan and heat them up so that the flavors combine and the sauce thickens.
