I can certainly recommend my muesli bars if you are looking for a great idea for an energetic breakfast or snack for your loved ones! They are completely chemical-free, sugar-free and give you a lot of energy!
Yes, you can buy an energy bar in a store. But when you see their ingredients, you will understand that they are far from a healthy snack. My muesli bars are naturally sweet thanks to the dates. They are rich in fiber and nuts, which have a lot of useful fats.
In addition, the preparation is ultra-fast, my recipe will produce at least 6 bars and each of them has about 270 kcal, so it’s perfect to provide a quick dose of energy. Just like my chia pudding recipe, it only takes a few minutes to prepare a snack for a few days!
DATES – we have to grind them to a smooth mass, they will bind all ingredients. You can also try to use dry fig, but I think dates have a nicer texture without those little seeds.
DRIED FRUIT – here I leave you with complete freedom, I chose dried pineapple and cranberry, but other dried fruits will also work.
COMPONENTS
- 200g dates
- Dried pineapple 20g
- Nuts 30g

MUESLI BARS – PREPARATION
- Grind the dates in a blender until smooth. Cut the dried pineapple into cubes. Cut the nuts into smaller pieces. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and knead the mass with your hands for about 5 minutes. Form a block and cut it into slices to make bars.
